The short version: We collect only what we need to send you your free journal and keep you updated. We never sell your data. Ever. You can unsubscribe or request deletion anytime.

01

Who We Are

Passport Pals is a digital printable product business operated by Katie Farnham. We create cruise travel journals for kids, including a free starter journal and paid Port Pack add-ons available at passportpals.co.

For any privacy-related questions, you can reach us at the contact details at the bottom of this page.

02

What Information We Collect

When you download the free journal or purchase a Port Pack, we collect:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Child's age range (to tailor recommendations)
  • Cruise line and region (to send relevant port pack suggestions)
  • Sailing month (so we can send timely content)
  • Payment information for purchases — processed securely through our payment provider, never stored by us

We also automatically collect basic analytics data such as pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/region) through Google Analytics.

03

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Deliver your free journal and any purchased products via email
  • Send you relevant cruise tips, port pack announcements, and product updates
  • Personalise recommendations based on your cruise details
  • Improve our products and website experience
  • Respond to customer support requests

We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Full stop.

04

Email Communications

By submitting the download form, you agree to receive emails from Passport Pals including your journal download, product updates, and cruise tips. We use Mailchimp to manage our email list.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send. We won't take it personally — and you can always re-subscribe if you change your mind!
