The short version: All sales are final on digital downloads โ€” once a file is delivered, we can't take it back. If something is technically wrong with your file, we will always fix it. Just reach out.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Passport Pals sells digital PDF files that are delivered instantly via email. Unlike a physical product, a digital file cannot be returned once it has been downloaded or delivered โ€” the content has been accessed and cannot be "given back."

This is standard practice for digital download businesses, and we want to be upfront about it so there are no surprises. We'd rather you know before you buy than feel frustrated after.

All Sales Are Final

By completing a purchase on passportpals.co, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable
  • No refunds will be issued for change of mind, accidental purchases of the wrong pack, or unused downloads
  • No refunds will be issued because your cruise was cancelled, rescheduled, or changed after purchase
  • No refunds will be issued for print quality issues resulting from your own printer, paper, or settings

We strongly encourage you to double-check your itinerary and review our product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

When We Will Help

We're a small family business and we genuinely care about your experience. While we don't offer refunds, we will always step in if something is technically wrong on our end. Please contact us if:

  • Your file was corrupted or failed to download correctly
  • You never received your download email (check spam first!)
  • You were charged incorrectly or charged more than once
  • The file you received is significantly different from what was described on the product page

In any of these cases, we will resend your file, correct the issue, or issue a refund at our discretion. We promise to be reasonable and fair.

We want every purchase to be a great one. Here's how to make sure you're getting exactly what you need:

  • Download the free starter journal first to see our style and quality before buying
  • Read each Port Pack description carefully to confirm it matches your port stop
  • Check that your cruise actually includes the port before purchasing that pack

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide evidence of purchase and delivery to your payment provider.

We'd much rather resolve any issue directly and quickly โ€” please reach out to us before going to your bank. We are real people and we respond fast.
